With experience in educational leadership and over 25 years of experience, I am passionate about ensuring that all students, regardless of their background, have the opportunity to achieve their academic goals and become college or career-ready. My experience includes building strong relationships with parents, students, and community partners, as well as implementing professional learning communities, restorative practices, and positive behavior interventions.

Throughout my career, I have prioritized creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel safe and empowered to learn. I have collaborated with teachers to develop engaging curricula and have been involved in initiatives that emphasize student-centered, hands-on learning. As principal, I remain committed to fostering these practices to support both academic and personal growth.
