Welcome to Culinary Arts
Culinary Arts (COOKING I) is the foundation for all basic cooking. In this class students will learn the names and purposes of kitchen tools, learn recipe terms and how to write a proper recipe, practice safe kitchen skills, and discuss consumer education. Our class is a hands-on experience, and we cook weekly in our kitchen labs. Students enjoy eating a variety of foods that they have prepared for themselves and the class.
